Sandy Toes Retreat has 2 large spacious 2 bedroom units that can be rented individually or as one large 4 bedroom residence. There is an interconnecting door between the units.
If you wish to book the large 4 bedroom residence, then book "Yarrahapinni". Alternatively, you can choose to book the units individually as "Yarra" and / or "Hapinni".
Yarra
"Yarra", previously known as Unit 3, is north facing looking directly upon the luxurious swimming pool. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cooktop, oven and washing machine. There is also free wifi, a plasma screen TV and DVD player. The bathroom includes a large walk in shower. There is also new carpet, beds, lounge and dining setting. There is ample parking on the site and a private outdoor dining area.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds.
"Yarra" sleeps 6 adults comfortably.
All bed linen (including sheets), bath and pool towels are provided.

Hapinni
"Hapinni", previously known as unit 4, is also north facing overlooking the pool and natural bushland. It has an additional private carpark alongside the outdoor area, perfect for your boat or trailer. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cooktop, oven and washing machine. There is also free wifi, a plasma screen TV and DVD player. The bathroom includes a large walk in shower. There is also new carpet, beds, lounge and dining setting. There is ample parking on the site a private outdoor dining area. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds.
"Hapinni" sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

If you wish to book both units, the units can be connected as one; "Yarrahappinni".
"Yarrahapinni" offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped living areas offering 2 large TVs and lounges.
"Yarrahapinni" sleeps a maximum of 12 people.
"Yarrahapinni” has all the inclusions of "Yarra" and "Hapinni" and is perfect for 2 families.
All bed linen (including sheets), bath and pool towels are provided.
By booking “Yarrahapinni” you are securing private use the 5 hectare property with exclusive use of the swimming pool and Entertainment Area.

- Yarra and Hapinni units are designed as "accessible" and can cater for the less abled or elderly.
- Units may be let separately but can also be combined with internal access, perfect for families or groups.
- All bed and bathroom linen is supplied including sheets. Also supplied is one pool towel and one bath towel per person.
- Pets / domestic animals are not allowed at Sandy Toes Retreat at any time.
