Swimming Pool

Sandy Toes Retreat is equipped with a huge 90,000 litre "infinity edge" saltwater pool. The pool is set in a unique bush setting, soaking in the sweeping views of Trial Bay and Yarrahappini mountain.

Enjoy a night swim in the summer months, and experience the wildlife and sounds coming from Hat Head National Park. View the night sky like you have never seen it before!

Entertainment Area

The Entertainment Area has a Webber gas BBQ, communal kitchen facilities and a bathroom. Get to know your fellow guests or enjoy the company of your own family or group. The Entertainment Area can seat 12 guests comfortably for a meal or a celebration.

Relax and watch the sun go down from the undercover comfort of the Entertainment Area.

Hi Spy Viewing Machine

The Hi Spy viewing machine located at the Sandy Toes Retreat Entertainment Area has an interesting history, being a refurbished machine previously used for 10 years at Niagara Falls, Canada. It is a wonderful instrument to see the migrating whales in Trail Bay or to check out the surf or fishing conditions.

If you are taking a boat out in the early morning or going for a dive at Fish Rock, the view from the Entertainment Area is one of the best locations at South West Rocks to check out the conditions, enhanced by our X 20 magnification viewing machine.

Automatic Security Gate

The safety and security of your family and belongings is important to us so we have invested in a state of the art automatic security gate. An individual pin code will be issued to you prior to your arrival, allowing unlimited access during your stay. This ensures your boat, diving equipment, bikes, cars and family are secure.
